Return Process

  Contact our customer service team or visit your local Slumberland showroom within 30 days of delivery to start the return or exchange process.

  Prepare Item for Inspection

  Ensure all furniture is in original, like-new condition and keep all original packaging and manuals to qualify for a full refund or credit.

  Schedule a Pickup

  For large furniture items, our delivery team will coordinate a convenient time to collect the piece from your home; a nominal pickup fee may apply.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once the item is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process your refund to the original payment method, typically within 7 to 10 business days.
